"Best interview techniques to get your desired job"

Usually in any company the technical rounds will be the second last round and the last round will be the Human resource (HR) round. So if one is able to clear the technical round and wondering how to clear the HR Interview then this article will suggest some best interview techniques to clear the same.

It is almost impossible to suggest techniques to clear technical interview as it depends on the individual's technical preparation for the corresponding Job profile.

1) Sub-Conscious mind preparation: Write on a piece of paper or in your mobile phone "I have cleared all the interview rounds and got selected in a reputed company" and make sure that you see and feel the statement at least three to four times in a day.

When someone is able to practice the above technique for one month, the probability of getting selected in a company is 80 percent, this was tested among by friend group and seems to work very nice.

2) Mindset on the interview day: Again this point is discussed on the basis of previous experience, it comes up with two very important points: Firstly, Always remember that this is not the one and only company that provides you the Job, there are many other companies as well, so if you are not selected you always have another chance- this mindset will make you fell comfortable on the day of Interview.

Secondly, think the interviewer as a new friend you are going to meet for the first time, so imagine when you meet a new person for the first time casually how will be your mindset and try to keep the same mindset, then you by yourself will see a drastic change towards the approach.

3) A pleasing smile: A smile that carries no nervousness is a key to get the first impression of the interviewers, so try to smile naturally as interviewers are very clever in identifying whether you show a natural one or fake smile.

How to smile naturally? The universal way is to say cheese and present a smiling face to the interviewer, "No fear brings natural smile"

4)  A firm shake hand: This is another weapon to use to convey your employer that you are confident about yourself and the Job. So have a firm hand shake and say hello or wish him with the same natural smile.

5) Follow diplomacy: Diplomacy- "The art of telling someone go to hell in a such a manner that he/she looks forward for the trip".

So try to be diplomatic with the way you answer your questions and try to smile as often as possible which ensures that you are very comfortable with the interview.

6) Say good about the company: This is one of the super interview techniques followed by the western countries- As soon as you enter the room, tell the interviewer that the office environment is very good and well maintained, make sure that it does not look like Flattering.

7) Eye Contact: In all the books written on body language and gestures it is mentioned to maintain eye - contact which tells the other person that you are telling the truth, this is absurd. I know a friend who keeps a tight eye contact and speaks the biggest of lies in the world, but still do it because it is written is most of the books.

8) Trap the interviewer: You should have the ability to make the employer to ask questions which you like them to ask you, that is quite simple all you need to do is whatever they ask, you should try to relate with the answer you already prepared to answer.

If you keep repeating the same manner, definitely at one point he/she will ask you the desired question, but make sure that you have a great answer for the desired questions. - This is considered as one of the greatest interview techniques but it needs some practice.

9) Be vibrant: Interviewers will love people who are energetic and vibrant, so try to volunteer yourself for almost everything, Avoid saying No to questions but when you seriously don't know, please say I do not know and try to ask the interviewer about it which tell the opposite person that you are keen in learning.

But, if you ask keep everything to the interviewer which tells that you are keen only in learning so be have accordingly.

10) Be interactive: Don't make the interview a one way ride, instead share your thoughts, ideas, and discuss about the scope and importance of the Job, how you will prove yourself if you are selected, and ask questions about the Job profile and your growth in the company.

After following all the above interview techniques, one important thing you should remember is that you should get the Job at one company or other, so prepare yourself very well in terms of Mindset as well as the expertise needed for the Job and choosing your appropriate dressing adds more value into the above mentioned interview techniques.
