5 Fundamental Break up Advice for Youngsters

Post breakup tips for teenagers to lead a better life:

In one of my previous article, I have written about Five things to consider before break up, here in this article so very useful after break up advice after break-up so that you can be a little relaxed.

1) Erase Everything: Delete all your photos and videos that you took along with your partner, if possible save all the important things in your computer or Mobile and reboot the system once so that you clear all your past memories first from your system.

2) Handling breakup - So once you have cleared from the systems and Mobile phones, its time to erase all your thoughts from your mind, it is not definitely as easy as the previous one, Wish we had a hard drive.

But, these are some of the best options: Firstly, Avoid going to places, where you both went along together like hotels, parks, temples, even office for that matter. 

 Secondly, Don't listen to sad or romantic songs, it will add fuel to the fire so instead try listening to some fast beat song. Eg:  Firework with your friends to forget everything.

Yeah, talking about friends, they are the best medicine during the time of breakup. Take your best pals to some far destination and try spending some 1 week to 10 days of time which would make you much more comfortable.

3) Don't ever regret: There would someone telling you after your break-up that you should have though twice before doing so, Don't just listen to their words after you made the decision.

4) Understand the Truth: Please understand the fact, that it will definitely take some time to come out of the dreadful situation if you have truly loved someone, If you are clear with this point then the time of recovery is faster than you expect.

Remind yourself that in your previous occasion someone very close to you have passed away and are you still thinking of him/her and feeling bad for it everyday, I am sure No. "Similarly this day also would be a forgotten day so go forward with positive mindset".

5) Don't talk about it: Try avoid talking about your ex-love to someone else, saying how true you were to him/her because talking about it will definitely worsen the situation instead go and meet some of your close friends and go for a comic movie that will change your mood altogether.
