How to control stress is perhaps
one of the highly searched questions in the world, so how to cope up with
stress cannot be answered in a single article because there are so many reasons
for people to get stressed. “Problems are unique but solutions are common for
stress relief”. So lets us find out some of the easy and best ways to deal
pressure in our daily life situation.
There are numerous reasons
for people to get stressed, for example: work pressure, peer pressure, stress
due to spouse related problems financial problems, anxiety etc. This article would give some very useful ways
to handling it from the experiences of people who have already gone through such
stressful situations.
Ways to handle stress in your life:
1) Sleep enough: You might ask well, how I can sleep when I am
stressed. The best way to get sleep is to become tired so how would you become
tired, simple do work outs, exercise regularly and make sure you exercise at
the end of the day so that you go home, eat and sleep. So when a person is put
to physical strain then he/she becomes tired which helps them to get better
sleep.
“Sleeping is a habit, so once you
get used to the habit of sleeping and waking up on time then you tend to follow
it regularly so initially you have take an effort to sleep on time and the best way to

2) Avoid loneliness: It is one of the biggest reasons for people to be stressed, try always
to be in a group so that you can forget you problems so as to think and discuss
on other matters. Identify people whom you can rely upon to share your problems
and also who would encourage and motivate you to come out of the stressful
condition.
Some simple ways:Friends
are the best people to share your problems, I am sure everyone of has would
have a friend who can trust, the other option would your parents or relatives.
I know a person who is so annoyed of mingling with people, he never lets anyone
to step into house and keeps nagging that he is stressed, so my friend
suggested him to make friends and play, chat and have fun them. He found a
great change towards his dreadful condition.
3) Avoid anxiety: One can say that anxiety is the mother of stress simply because it
causes so many reasons for people to become pressurized. “Anxiety causes stress
and vice versa” so there are many reasons for people to become anxious for
example: when people go for an interview they are worried and anxious whether
they would get that job or not? Or when people go to a new place alone they get
anxious about the cultural aspects such as culture, weather, food etc.
Useful tips to avoid anxiety: The first and foremost thing to tackle anxiety is by not
getting attached to what we do, taking the same example: when someone goes
for a job interview the person should not make his/her mind set that they should
get the job rather they should go with a open mind and ready to face any
result.
Only two
things can happen to you, either you get selected for the job or you don’t so
you know the result already then why do worry yourself for it. Secondly one should do proper planning, A calm and composed person would never
panic, and to become calm and composed one should plan their things well in
advanced, so when you go for an interview you got to be prepared for the it, be early to office and get accustomed to the office atmosphere, speak with
people who are already present in the office, these are some very easy steps
which would eliminate stress and anxiety.
4) Compare your life with others: People believe that their problems are the biggest problem in the
whole world, which is not at all true. You need not read books or articles to
know about other people’s problems, you friends and relative are more than
enough understand other’s problems. So, one should have an open minded approach
towards life which I am sure would make a lot of changes to your attitude.
5) How to do it? There
are two ways of doing it, either you compare with people whose situation are
worse than us and feel yourself better or compare with people whose situations
are better than us, and try to achieve it by working hard and smart towards it.
6) Focus on work: “Nothing will be
achieved if one is worried and stressed about a situation so put it aside and
start focusing on your work, the best way to do it is to think about situations
when you were happy, and also think about the time you were making success
which I am sure would motivate you a lot”.
How to do it better: Think
about the consequences of stress, there are so many physical and mental
disorders that can be caused as a result of people getting stressed and that is
worse than the cause of stress, so read books and articles which would make you
feel better, there are so many books available in the internet to motivate
yourself.
