How to tackle kids and make them eat better?
There are different stages of kids not eating and it mainly depends on the age of the kids and please ensure that you give a proper diet according to their age, and always get the advice of a pediatrician, especially for kids ranging from 6 months to one year as it is not advised to give salt and sugar as the kidneys are not fully developed to secrete the wastes.
I wanted to start my first blog with kids as they are considered to be the angels of this world, and anything blessed with angels will bring success and my success would be to help the society to learn from the experiences of others. This article is for parents who find their kids resisting to food, not eating on time, disliking the taste etc.

One
of the greatest challenges on earth is to make a child eat, so don’t worry
because it is not that your kid alone does not eat well but most kids
around the world don't eat properly.I am sure these words from me would help to
improve the appetite of your kids. I shall put in points so as to make it easy
for the readers:
ü Competition- Children love competition so make sure
you allow your kid to eat with somebody and keep a competition in such a way
that whoever finishes first will get some reward. Make sure the reward is both
entertaining and useful so that the kid will be ready for the competition again
and also the kid is not spoiled by the reward.
ü Play
while eating: Don’t
focus just on eating and make sure they take it as a fun which makes them eat
more as well. So play with them like clapping hands, singing songs, dancing,
allowing them to watch TV and do whatever possible to make them feel happy.
üAppreciate
in front of others: Children
love appreciating in front of others so tell others that your kid is very smart
and good in eating and he/she eats all the vegetables and fruits to given to
him, this will allow a positive intent towards food habits.
Be
a role model or show someone as: You
can tell your kid that you have become very strong after eating cereals or
salads or whatever. You can also say for example Michael Jackson is so flexible
because he loves eating snake guard or some other vegetable.
Try
to add sweet: Kids
love something which is sweet in taste, so you can add some sweetness to your
kids meal.
Know
their wish: Get
to know their wish and tell them their wishes will be fulfilled if they eat
well continually for a month and you are the one who fulfills their wish if they
complete the given task.
Don’t
ever discourage: I
remember saying when I was a kid that I hate eating bananas and still now I
hate it for no reason, so kids believe more strongly then others so please
ensure that you don’t discourage them, especially in front of others.
Useful
Tip: Have the kid help pick out what to have
with the meal. There has to be some food they like. My favorite trick to a
healthy snack, cut a banana in half after its pealed or any other fruit they
like and cover it with chocolate topping that freezes almost instantly, you can
also ice cream toppings to have a healthy meal suggested by my friend from US.

Definitely major problems can be control by eating habit and it is saying that precaution is better than cure.
